Building Automation (PVS/BMS) Programmer

We are one of the strongest process control and automation companies in Lithuania, uniting a team of more than 140 employees.
We are expanding our building management systems programming team and are looking for new colleagues. We are interested in specialists with various experiences - both those who want to start a career in the field of building automation, and already self-employed programmers or professionals with extensive experience.
We work with Siemens and Schneider Electric building management systems, we program HVAC equipment management, create visualizations and integrate devices from various manufacturers.
We are looking for people who are interested in automation, like solving technical problems and seeing how the solutions they have created work in real objects.

Depending on the experience and competencies:
✅Programming and configuring Siemens and Schneider Electric controllers and building management systems.
✅Development of control algorithms for ventilation units, heat points, cold stations, microclimate and other HVAC systems.
✅Development of PVS graphic pages, alarms, trends and other system functions.
Integration of equipment from various manufacturers using BACnet, Modbus and other communication protocols.
✅Program testing, system commissioning and tuning in facilities.
✅Searching for and solving technical problems in cooperation with colleagues, designers and customers.
✅Improvement of existing programming solutions, libraries and work methods.

For beginners, we would provide simpler tasks and assistance from experienced colleagues. Programmers with more experience could independently implement projects, solve more complex technical issues and contribute to the development of team work standards.

Workplace – Vilnius or Kaunas, part of the work is performed in facilities throughout Lithuania.

✅Interest in automation, programming and building engineering systems.
✅Technical thinking, thoroughness and ability to find the causes of problems.
✅Basics of electrical engineering, automation, electronics or programming.
✅Ability to read technical documentation in English.
✅Responsible attitude to work, ability to cooperate and desire to improve.

If you already have programming experience, we hope that you will be able to independently perform tasks that meet your competence.

✅Experience working with Siemens Desigo CC, ABT Site, PXC, Xworks or Schneider Electric EBO systems.
✅Experience programming PLC controllers from Siemens, Schneider Electric or other manufacturers.
✅Knowledge of the principles of HVAC systems.
✅Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX, DALI or other integration protocols.
✅Basics of computer networks and communication diagnostics.
✅Experience in developing control algorithms, visualizations or commissioning automation systems.

It is not necessary to know all of the listed technologies. We will evaluate your existing knowledge, practical skills and willingness to learn.
