We are looking for an experienced and responsible Building/Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator who will take care of the daily maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of buildings. The nature of the work is very broad - from minor troubleshooting and daily housekeeping to the organization and implementation of more serious construction and engineering projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Organization and supervision of the operation of all buildings
- Organization, planning and control of the work of the internal maintenance team
- The range of work from the elimination of minor faults to the implementation of larger-scale building infrastructure renovation projects
- Cooperation, coordination and control according to competence with external companies providing heating, ventilation, air conditioning maintenance, physical security, fire protection system inspections, etc. services
- Ordering and inventory management of necessary goods, materials and equipment
- Initiation and implementation of various internal projects (premises renovations, repairs, reorganizations, relocations, etc.)
- Drawing up preventive maintenance plans and control of implementation
- Communication with contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Preparation of reports and proposals on operation and renovation issues
- Supervision of work safety and fire safety requirements in buildings
- Solving other maintenance and operation issues as needed
Requirements:
- Higher engineering education (construction, building engineering, heating and ventilation, electricity or similar field)
- Experience in leading a team and organizing building operation or maintenance
- Ability to plan, delegate and control the execution of several parallel works
- Technical approach and understanding of building engineering systems (electricity, low current, plumbing, sewage, heating, refrigeration, ventilation)
- Independence, responsibility and ability to make decisions
- Good communication and organizational skills in communicating with the team, contractors and managers
- Category B driver's license
