We are looking for
Structural Maintenance Engineer responsible for commercial building safety and flawless documentation. We value competence and offer the opportunity to adapt the workload to your needs.
Your future responsibilities:
- Monitoring and control: Continuous monitoring of the structural condition of commercial buildings.
- Inspections: Conducting annual, periodic and extraordinary inspections.
- Documentation management: Complete maintenance logs of buildings.
- Professional preparation of inspection and defect reports.
- Filling out technical documentation and providing recommendations for improving the condition of buildings.
- Takeover of new objects: Participation in accepting new buildings for maintenance, assessing their initial condition.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in the field of civil engineering.
- You are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the use and maintenance of structures (STR).
- You are able to independently and responsibly complete technical documentation.
- You are distinguished by attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- You have a valid certificate of technical maintenance manager of a special structure or another certificate suitable for working with special structures.
- You have a driver's license (category B).

- Flexibility: Ability to work full-time or 0.5-time (perfect for combining with other projects or individual activities).
- Job type: Dynamic work combining site visits with document preparation (partial remote work possible).
- Responsible duties working with interesting, large-scale commercial objects.
