Job Description

• Management, systematization and archiving of documentation related to the maintenance, operation and management of buildings;
• Accounting, checking and payment administration of utility bills;
• Collection of data and indicators related to the maintenance of buildings, analytical processing and regular reporting;
• Management of processes and systems for ordering building equipment, goods and services required for maintenance;
• Registration of requests, technical questions and failures, task distribution and control of the elimination process.

Candidate requirements

• Higher education (can be a final year student);
• Advanced Google Workspace skills (especially excellent knowledge of Google Sheets - data analysis, formulas and reports);
• Good English skills (written and oral);
• Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills;
• Good analytical skills, diligence, attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
