What will you do in this position?
- You will control the work performed by contractors;
- You will identify defects, prepare defect reports;
- You will take care of the technical maintenance of building engineering equipment;
- You will conduct inspections of objects;
- You will evaluate estimates and supplier proposals;
- You will accept objects for maintenance;
- You will manage and maintain technical documentation.

- you have a higher education (preferably in engineering);
- you have a good understanding of the operation of engineering systems in facilities;
- you have accumulated similar work experience;
- you communicate smoothly with clients and partners;
- you have your own car.
