You will take care of:
- Maintenance and periodic inspection of the engineering systems of the commercial object maintained by the company;
- Determining defects in building structures;
- Determination of defects in the engineering systems of the building;
- Analyzing failures of engineering systems and their prevention;
- Performing periodical and extraordinary inspections of buildings;
- Planning and organizing work in facilities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of work.
We hope you:
- You have experience in the principles of operation and maintenance of engineering systems (ventilation, heating, electricity, etc.);
- Mandatory higher technical education;
- We will consider it an advantage if: you have a certificate of responsibility for the heating industry;
- We will consider it an advantage if you have an electrician certificate VK, AK;
- You know how to work and use the BMS system;
- You are able to determine the causes of failure of engineering systems and take preventive measures;
- You work perfectly with a computer;
- You understand and read technical drawings.
