Planning, organizing and controlling the implementation of maintenance and repair works of commercial buildings;
Negotiations with service providers on the terms of service provision, conclusion of contracts and control of the implementation of works;
Management of maintenance technicians, organization and control of the preparation of documentation.

Employee requirements
At least 3 years of experience in managing the operation and maintenance of real estate (business centers, shopping and leisure centers or other large buildings);
Ability to plan and organize building operation, maintenance and repair work;
Good knowledge of building engineering systems.
