We are looking for a new team member at Palanga Airport who will take care of the airport buildings, premises and their infrastructure – from daily operational issues to repairs and maintenance. We hope that the new colleague will approach the assigned facility with care and responsibility, will be able to independently coordinate the necessary work, solve emerging problems and ensure that everything is done with quality and on time.
This position works during administrative working hours (5 working days a week, from Monday to Friday with the possibility of working remotely 1 day a week).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- organize troubleshooting, repair and other maintenance work;
- cooperate with contractors – coordinate work, monitor its progress, results and quality;
- monitor documentation, services and accounting related to the operation of buildings;
- take care of daily economic issues of the airport: repair of premises, equipment, utilities, environmental maintenance, etc.;
- participate in the preparation of technical specifications and planning the necessary purchases of works, services, materials and equipment;
- organize mandatory and periodic inspections of structures, record problems and take care of their resolution.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- similar work experience in the field of building maintenance, operation, repair, construction or engineering systems;
- ability to independently plan and organize work, set priorities and solve problems;
- economy, responsibility and good organizational skills;
- cooperation and communication skills, experience in coordinating contractors;
- ability to prepare and manage documentation related to the activity;
- higher education in engineering, construction, infrastructure, asset management, operation or related fields;
- B category driver's license;
- compliance with the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania (checked before employment).
