BUILDING MAINTENANCE PROJECT MANAGER

UAB "Pastatų ūkio valdymas" is a building administration, maintenance and repair services company operating for more than 10 years.
We are growing and we invite an independent project manager to join the team, who will take care of existing clients, coordinate building maintenance work and help ensure the smooth operation of the maintained objects.
We value responsibility, trust and the ability to make independent decisions. When solving more complex issues, management and an experienced technical team will always be there.

• Work experience in building maintenance, construction, engineering systems or similar field;
• Ability to independently plan work, solve problems and manage several objects simultaneously;
• Responsibility, organization and ability to meet agreed deadlines;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work with a computer, prepare commercial proposals and other documents;
• Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
• Valid category B driver's license.

Technical education and knowledge of building engineering systems would be an advantage.

• Stable job in a growing and experienced company;
• Working hours on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00;
• Independence and confidence in making daily decisions;

• All necessary tools for work;
• Basic monthly salary from 2,500 to 3,000 EUR before taxes, depending on experience and competencies;
