Building maintenance specialist

Job Description

• Maintaining LIDL stores in good technical condition and administering troubleshooting
• Coordination of faults and organizing repairs
• Communication with partners, contractors and store staff
• Checking invoices and preparing necessary reports
• Implementation of new solutions in stores
• Coordination of scheduled equipment maintenance work

Candidate Requirements

• Higher or higher education (technical education is an advantage)
• Work experience in building maintenance or a similar field is an advantage
• Ability to quickly process a large amount of information (quick orientation and quick decisions)
• Ability to independently and quickly make decisions, following the instructions provided
• Computer skills (MS Office package)
• Good English language skills
• Organizational skills
