City Storage - a modern and automated storage center in Lithuania. We have two facilities in Vilnius (Ukmergės g. 326 and Mozūriškių g. 21), where we offer our customers more than 800 storage units of various sizes - from 1 to 34 sq. m.

We are looking for a responsible and practical team member who will take care of the maintenance of the building, territory and storage center and the daily smooth operation.

This is a versatile job that combines:

assistance to customers and solving technical situations;
maintenance of the building and territory;
minor technical and repair work;
ensuring cleanliness and order;
monitoring of engineering systems.

Meet customers and show them the storerooms;
Prepare the storerooms for new customers;
Help customers resolve technical issues at the facility;
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the territory, common areas, WCs, storerooms and office areas;
Perform seasonal field work: mowing grass, weeding, shoveling snow, spreading salt;
Check and replenish hygiene, cleaning and household supplies;
Monitor the operation of building systems: lighting, gates, alarm, video surveillance cameras, elevators, ventilation and heating systems;
Perform minor repairs or transfer faults to service companies;
Monitor the condition of inventory, trolleys and technical equipment.

You are responsible, meticulous and like order;
You are able to independently organize your work;
You have a technical mindset and are not afraid of minor repairs;
You are able to quickly solve practical problems;
You are physically active and are not afraid of various types of work;
You know how to work both independently and in a team;
You have similar work experience in the field of building maintenance, economy or technical service;
You have a category B driver's license;
Knowledge of English or Russian would be an advantage.

1200-1900 €/mon. gross
