Nature of work
- To manage the building maintenance department; plan and coordinate the work of subordinate employees
- To maintain buildings, premises and their technical condition, organize minor repairs and environmental maintenance
- To coordinate and ensure the maintenance of building engineering and security systems
- To ensure the technical maintenance of the Museum's vehicles and coordinate their rational use
- To organize and coordinate the technical installation of the Museum's expositions and exhibitions
Employee requirements
- Know the principles of organizing the repair and maintenance of buildings and engineering systems
- Have a higher education
- Have excellent planning and organizational skills
- Be able to quickly and independently make and implement decisions
- Have a driver's license
- Have experience in managerial work and farm maintenance
