About the position
We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician/Foreman to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of commercial building engineering systems.

What are you going to do?
- You will maintain building engineering systems: electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing equipment, etc.
- You will perform minor repair, installation and maintenance work.
- You will carry out scheduled inspections of buildings and their engineering systems and preventive maintenance work.
- You will determine the causes of failures, eliminate technical failures and ensure the smooth operation of systems, if possible.
- You will respond to emergency calls according to the established on-call schedule (Emergency calls are responded to by phone during on-call hours, but in case of urgent need, you may have to come to the facility, also outside working hours, on weekends or holidays.).
What do we expect from you?
- Have experience in building maintenance, repair or engineering systems maintenance.
- Knowledge of at least one of the areas of building engineering systems (electricity, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing), and basic knowledge of other systems would be an advantage.
- Able to independently perform simple repair work.
- You are responsible, independent and able to plan your work.
- Have a category B driver's license.

- Energy worker qualification certificate (PK, VK, AK) (advantage);
- Certificate(s) of professional development courses (advantage);

- Driver's license (category B).
