We, UAB "Inservis", part of the Civinity group of companies, are an proactive and customer-oriented team of professionals who, when providing maintenance services for commercial and public buildings, strive for maximum benefit and efficiency for the client. We believe that good things start with people. We are strengthening our team and are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician - Foreman in Panevėžys.
What will you do with us?
- You will maintain building engineering systems: electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing equipment, etc.
- You will perform minor repair, installation and maintenance work.
- You will carry out scheduled inspections of buildings and their engineering systems and preventive maintenance work.
- You will determine the causes of failures, eliminate technical failures and ensure the smooth operation of systems, if possible.
- You will respond to emergency calls according to the established on-call schedule (during on-call, emergency calls are responded to by phone, but in case of urgent need, you may have to come to the facility, also outside working hours, on weekends or holidays.).
We hope you
- Have experience in building maintenance, repair or engineering systems maintenance.
- You are familiar with at least one of the areas of building engineering systems (electricity, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing), and basic knowledge of other systems would be an advantage.
- You are able to independently perform simple repair work.
- You are responsible, independent and able to plan your work.

- Computer skills;
- Energy worker qualification certificate (PK, VK, AK);
- Certificate(s) of qualification improvement courses;
