What are you going to do?
- You will organize the maintenance of the buildings and their engineering systems assigned to you.
- You will be the main contact for customers - you will take care of their inquiries and promptly resolve problems.
- You will coordinate the task management system and ensure the smooth execution of work.
- You will ensure that the work is performed with quality and on time.
- You will prepare proposals for additional repair work, coordinate them with customers and organize their implementation.
- You will organize supplier surveys for additional work and materials.
- You will prepare monthly acts of completed work and necessary reports.
- You will contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and the implementation of new solutions.
We hope you:
- You have a higher (or higher) education in a technical or management field.
- You have worked in a similar field (this would be a great advantage).
- You are good at using a computer and daily work programs.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are responsible, result-oriented, able to plan work, make decisions and communicate effectively with clients.
