We invite a BUILDING MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join the Asset Management team and find not only a space to grow, but also a community that supports and inspires you to strive for more.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Organization and coordination of technical maintenance, repair and renovation works of LRT buildings;
  • Ensuring the maintenance of building engineering systems (heating, ventilation, electricity, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) and coordinating mandatory inspections;
  • Control of the quality of work, deadlines and contract execution of contractors and service providers;
  • Preparation and administration of technical tasks, technical documentation, acts and reports;
  • Analysis of the technical condition of buildings and engineering systems, proposing efficiency improvement and modernization solutions;
  • Prompt response to emergency situations and ensuring compliance of building maintenance with legal acts, occupational safety and fire prevention requirements.

We hope you will have:

  • Higher education in engineering, construction, energy, building engineering systems management or another related field;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in building maintenance, property management or a similar field;
  • Knowledge of legal acts regulating the maintenance of buildings, construction, occupational safety and energy efficiency;
  • Experience in the field of public procurement, preparing technical conditions;
  • Ability to read and analyze technical documentation - drawings, estimates, technical specifications;
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation, building maintenance plans and reports, organizing work, supervising contractors' activities and managing the work budget.
  • Estate is focused on efficiency, you have excellent communication and collaboration skills and activity planning.

Salary for this position: from 2000 to 2460 Eur/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
