WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US:
Organizes and coordinates the maintenance and operation of the buildings under administration;
Ensures the proper operation and maintenance of engineering systems (heating, ventilation, electricity, plumbing, sewage, etc.);
Plans and controls the execution of repair, preventive and emergency works;
Cooperates with contractors, suppliers and maintenance service providers, controls the quality and deadlines of their work;
Prepares maintenance plans, reports and controls budget execution;
Organizes building inspections with hired contractors, identifies defects, initiates their elimination;
Ensures that buildings comply with legal acts, safety and hygiene requirements;
Administers documentation and contracts related to building maintenance;
Consults tenants or clients on building maintenance issues, resolves problems that arise.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Higher or higher education;
Ability to independently plan time and find solutions in unexpected situations;
Excellent skills in working with standard office programs (especially Excel);
Polite and businesslike communication style;
Driver's license (category B) and own car;
Advantage: If you already have experience working with building maintenance, construction or real estate.
