We are looking for someone who will take care of an administrative building in Vilnius and help ensure that its daily activities run smoothly.

What are you going to do?
- You will perform daily inspections of the building and take care of general order.
- You will perform minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
- You will read utility meter readings.
- You will perform other simple building maintenance tasks.
- You will cooperate with building users and contribute to creating a cozy and tidy work environment.
We hope you:
- You are responsible, meticulous and independent.
- You have technical skills and are not afraid of small repairs.
- You are able to plan your work and notice what needs to be fixed before a problem arises.
- You know how to communicate politely with people.
- You have similar work experience or education in a technical field (this would be an advantage).
What do we offer?
- Salary from 1,800 EUR gross per month.
- All necessary tools for work – work clothes, tools, telephone and other necessary equipment.
- Permanent workplace in an administrative building in Vilnius.
- Stable work schedule – Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00.
