We are looking for a specialist to join our team who will take care of the technical maintenance of the commercial and public buildings we manage, their condition control, and technical documentation administration. We are looking for a responsible, independent, and quality-oriented employee.
We will trust you:
- Monitor the technical condition of building structures;
- Organize and conduct regular, annual, scheduled and extraordinary inspections of buildings;
- Fill in technical maintenance documentation, prepare inspection and defect reports;
- Provide proposals for improving the operation of buildings and the need for repair work;
- Participate in taking over new buildings for administration and assessing their technical condition;
We expect from you:
- You have a degree in civil engineering or a related field;
- You are able to read and manage technical documentation;
- You are familiar with the processes and regulations of technical maintenance of structures (STR);
- You have a valid certificate of technical maintenance manager of a special structure or another certificate suitable for working with special structures;
- You are organized, attentive to details, have computer skills, prepare inspection reports, and are able to work independently;
- You have a category B driver's license.
