You will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordination of technical maintenance of buildings (> 120,000 m2 area with growth prospects);
- Periodic monitoring of the condition of buildings, planning, organizing, supervising current repairs, maintaining documentation and submitting proposals;
- Representing the company's interests with clients and tenants, contractors, designers;
- Planning of construction, repair, reconstruction projects, coordinating and implementing tenders;
- Coordination and control of contract terms, resolving technical issues during the construction process;
- Awarding construction works and handling related documentation;
- Project schedule, budget and risk management throughout the project life cycle;
- Analysis of project documentation, control of materials and work quantities, search for rational solutions;
- Ensuring work safety requirements at construction sites;
- Consulting colleagues on technical issues of real estate maintenance;
- Providing technical assistance to employees;
- Tenant administration.
We hope that by joining us you will:
- Has a higher education in construction engineering;
- Has at least two years of managerial work experience (as a project manager, works manager or in the field of technical maintenance of structures);
- You are well versed in the organization of technical maintenance of structures and have experience in project management;
- Has a certificate of SSVA special structure construction manager and special structure construction technical maintenance manager;
- Has very good time planning, work organization, communication, negotiation skills;
- Able to work independently and in a team, can work with several different tasks at the same time;
- Able to analyze and systematize information, summarize it and present conclusions;
- You are familiar with the legal acts regulating construction in the Republic of Lithuania (the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania, technical regulations on construction, construction rules);
- You are familiar with the principles of concluding contracts;
- You are proactive, independent and responsible;
- You are able to work in a team, cooperate and take responsibility for the result;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing;
- You have a category B driver's license, and the ability to travel to facilities in Lithuania and abroad;
- You have good computer skills (Excel, Word, AutoCAD).
