Nature of work
- Perform technical maintenance of buildings: perform regular, annual and extraordinary inspections of building structures, engineering systems and equipment, prepare inspection reports and reports, and manage other necessary documentation;
- Determination of defects in building structures and engineering systems, determination of the need for construction surveys, repairs, modernization works, preparation of defect reports;
- Control of deadlines, costs and quality of work performed by contractors;
- Works with the building data bank information system (PDBIS)
Employee requirements
- Engineering higher education;
- Driver's license;
- Work experience in the field of building maintenance;
- Knowledge of building engineering systems;
- Valid certificate of construction manager of a special structure or technical maintenance manager of a special structure;
- Be familiar with the laws applicable to the construction field (Construction Law, STR, etc.);
- Excellent computer and clerical skills;
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language in writing and orally;
- Personal qualities: result-oriented, dutiful, diplomatic, meticulous, attentive, responsible, have good planning and organizational skills.
