Your daily routine and responsibilities

  • Resident representation: you will be the main contact person for residents, chairmen and representatives of the assigned apartment buildings.
  • Organization of meetings: you will prepare and conduct general meetings of residents, organize written votes, and record their results.
  • Repair work management: together with technical specialists, you will plan repair work of common use objects of apartment buildings and control their implementation.
  • Financial and document management: you will prepare annual house maintenance plans, provide activity reports to residents, and control the use of accumulated funds.

We hope you

  • You have successful experience in the field of apartment building administration, housing management or real estate maintenance.
  • You are familiar with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and legal acts regulating the management of common use objects in apartment buildings.
  • You are distinguished by excellent academic or practical diplomacy - you are able to effectively manage conflict situations.
  • You are organized, able to independently plan your time and work.
  • You have a valid category B driver's license.
