Your mission:
The activities of a modern university are unimaginable without reliably functioning and intelligent building management systems. They ensure a comfortable, safe and energy-efficient environment in auditoriums, laboratories, administrative spaces and dormitories.
We are looking for a Building Management Engineer - Automation Engineer who would be responsible for the maintenance, optimization of operation and improvement of automation solutions of building management systems (BMS). In this position, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the University's infrastructure, participate in modernization projects and help ensure effective management of engineering systems.

Daily tasks:
We are looking for a Building Management Engineer - Automation Engineer who would be responsible for the maintenance, optimization of operation and improvement of automation solutions of building management systems (BMS). In this position, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the University's infrastructure, participate in modernization projects and help ensure effective management of engineering systems.

Daily tasks:
- carry out maintenance, monitoring and parameter adjustment of building management systems (BMS) of the University's academic campuses, laboratories and dormitories;
- analyze the operation of HVAC and lighting automation systems, identify and promptly eliminate faults;
- update controller software, adjust system parameters and implement energy efficiency solutions;
- cooperate with external contractors in organizing warranty and post-warranty repair work of automation systems;
- fill in maintenance and repair logs and other technical documentation related to the activities performed.
What do we expect from you:
- you have obtained a higher or higher education in automation, electrical engineering, electronics or a related field;
- you are able to read and understand technological, electrical and automation diagrams;
- you have a valid electrical safety certificate (AK or VK);
- you are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the specifics of work, occupational safety and health, fire and electrical safety requirements;
- you are able to independently plan work, achieve set goals and ensure a quality result.
It would be great if you also:
- have experience working with building management systems (BMS), especially Siemens Desigo, Schneider Electric, Trend or similar platforms;
- are familiar with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, KNX);
- have experience in maintaining engineering systems of buildings, industrial facilities or commercial premises;
- have worked with technical maintenance documentation, filling out logs and acts.
