In this position, you will be responsible for process analysis, optimization and improvement, in order to increase operational efficiency and ensure the smooth operation of building management systems. We will entrust you with process modeling, data analysis, implementation of automation solutions and coordination of process improvement projects. This is a position for someone who is able to analytically assess situations, find effective solutions and initiate changes in the organization.
Waiting for you:
- Analyze existing PVS processes and identify opportunities for their improvement in order to increase operational efficiency;
- Create process models, diagrams and descriptions that help to better understand the operation of processes and identify areas for improvement;
- Initiate and implement process optimization solutions that reduce resource waste and increase process efficiency;
- Participate in automating processes and implementing technological solutions that reduce the risk of human errors;
- Monitor and ensure that processes meet established quality standards and requirements;
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects - from planning to implementation and monitoring of results;
- Collect and analyze data on the operation of processes, provide insights and recommendations for decision-making;
- Cooperate with other departments of the company in order to effectively integrate process improvements into the overall activities of the organization;
- Seek solutions that help make processes more sustainable and reduce negative environmental impacts;
- Identify obstacles to process efficiency and propose solutions to eliminate them.
We hope that:
- Have experience in building management systems, analysis or operational efficiency;
- Able to analytically assess PVS processes and identify opportunities for their improvement;
- Have experience working with process modeling, data analysis or automation solutions;
- Understand the principles of process optimization and quality assurance;
- Able to coordinate projects and effectively collaborate with different teams;
- Excellent command of MS Office programs and ability to work with data;
- Be proactive, result-oriented and continuous improvement;
- English language skills – B2 and better.
