Nature of work
Currently, we are inviting a Building Management Systems Manager to join the Office and Transport Department team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for building maintenance and ensuring the operation of engineering systems, and organizing the operation of facilities.
- Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and engineering systems that meet the requirements of legal acts;
- Maintenance and development of the building management system (BMS);
- Analysis and systematization of data from the building management system (BMS);
- Analysis of the operation and failures of engineering systems, assessment of system maintenance;
- Identification, localization of accidents/failures and organization of their elimination;
- Prioritization of solutions to incidents registered by internal users in the service management system;
- Organization of repair and technical maintenance work using the capabilities of contractor organizations;
- Monitoring and control of the supply of electricity, heat, water, and utilities;
- Drawing up annual preventive work schedules;
- Participation in engineering system tests and preparation of reports;
- calculating the need for equipment operation funds, initiating procurement of building maintenance and administration services and contracting works, participating in procurement committee meetings and negotiations;
- administering service provider contracts and invoices;
- preparing and presenting all documents necessary for project initiation, planning, implementation and control;
- collaborating with the team and other team members in solving problems.
Employee requirements
- higher technical/engineering education;
- work experience in building/facility maintenance and administration;
- experience working with building management (BMS) systems;
- ability to understand technical documentation (technical projects, drawings, diagrams);
- written and spoken English (advantage);
- valid driver's license (category B);
- responsibility, independent work organization, good communication skills.
