Substation foreman

Assessment of the technical condition of the main equipment of transformer substations during periodic and extraordinary inspections. Planning the scope of transformer maintenance and repair work, calculating the need for funds, drawing up and implementing repair schedules. Electrical maintenance, operation, organization of preventive maintenance and repairs. Quality control of works.

Knowledge of the principles of operation of transformer substations, their schemes, construction, operation and repair works. Ability to organize team work and ensure smooth and high-quality execution of processes.
Education (not lower than): Higher or higher education in electrical engineering/automation/electronics.
Professional qualification: Electrical engineering worker category AK (high voltage). Certificate of the person responsible for the company's electrical system (advantage).
Skills: Ability to plan, coordinate and control the work of subordinate employees. Ability to work in MS Office.
Additional skills (competences): Analytical thinking, receptiveness to innovations, positive attitude, teamwork skills. Good communication skills, quick orientation and ability to systematize information. Driver's license.
Work experience: Experience in supervising transformer substations and/or electrical systems. Two years of work experience in this field.
Languages: Knowledge of Lithuanian. English and Russian an advantage.
