Nature of work:
- Maintains order in assigned premises and other areas and ensures the security of University property located there.
- Provides information to students, University employees, visitors and guests about assigned premises, their use, access to them and other issues related to the administration of the premises.
- Coordinates the organizational and economic service of University events taking place in assigned premises and other administered areas, ensures the preparation of premises for events and, if necessary, their cleaning after events.
- Cooperates with University departments, technical and economic service employees, security, cleaning services and other service providers in resolving issues related to the maintenance and use of assigned premises and territories.
- Familiarizes himself with the institution's crisis management and emergency management plans and, within his competence, carries out the functions and actions established therein.
Requirements:
- Have a professional bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of similar work experience.
- Be fluent in the state language and at least one foreign language.
- Have basic computer literacy skills, be able to use the Microsoft Office program package and other University data and document management systems.
- Be able to independently plan and organize their work, promptly solve emerging problems and make decisions within their competence.
- Be able to provide information to students, University employees, visitors and guests about assigned premises, their use, access to them and other issues related to the administration of premises.

Probationary period - 2 months.
