AKROPOLIS GROUP is looking for a Facility Installation Project Manager to join our team, who will coordinate tenant facility installation projects from initial technical solutions to handover of the premises to operation. In this position, you will work together with tenants, contractors and internal teams, contributing to the high-quality and smooth installation of new spaces in shopping centers.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant and tenant contractor fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring time, quality and budget requirements.
- Coordinate communication between internal and external project stakeholders;
- Ensure that tenants are provided with all necessary technical conditions and documents in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Evaluate design documentation, drawings, technical solutions and their compliance with the building infrastructure.
- Supervise the progress of fit-out works, ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with technical requirements, coordinate changes.
- Track and document the progress of the project, submit reports, manage risks, initiate corrective actions.
- Organize the acceptance process of the premises, coordinate the registration of defects and their elimination.
- Ensure a smooth handover of the project to the operations team after the tenant has settled in.
Expectations for the candidate
- Experience in project management (advantage – in construction, building installation or commercial real estate).
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings (Autodesk / PDF based).
- Understanding of the main engineering systems of a building (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, decision-making competence.
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Project – an advantage).

Salary
2500 - 3000 Eur/month. in hand, the amount of which will depend on the candidate's work experience, and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
