Your main responsibilities:
- Organize daily cleaning work in the administered facilities;
- Create employee work schedules, plan shifts and substitute employees;
- Control the quality of cleaning work performed;
- Regularly inspect facilities and record identified deficiencies;
- Organize the elimination of deficiencies and control their implementation;
- Examine customer comments and complaints regarding the cleaning of premises, organize their prompt resolution;
- Provide employees with cleaning products, inventory and work tools;
- Participate in the selection, induction and training of new employees;
- Other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor related to direct duties.
What do we expect from you:
- You have at least a higher education;
- You are organized, responsible and able to plan work independently;
- You have good work organization and control skills;
- You are able to lead a team, distribute tasks and ensure their implementation;
- Experience in cleaning premises or similar work would be a great advantage;
- You work well with a computer and are not afraid of administrative tasks;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You communicate easily with people and are able to solve situations constructively.
