Monthly salary: €2,335.00 - €3 505.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Conduct sanctions checks of legal and natural persons, risk assessments (due diligence), formulate conclusions and provide recommendations
- Organize credibility checks of persons seeking to hold positions in the group of companies and provide conclusions
- Cooperate with stakeholders and law enforcement institutions on issues of checks carried out, provide consultations if necessary
- Ensure systematization of information related to coordinated processes, monitoring of legal acts, updating of processes
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of educational measures, as needed, designed to develop employee competencies
- Propose and/or implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and introduce good practices
What do we expect?
- Higher university education or equivalent in the field of social sciences or humanities
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating the implementation of sanctions and the anti-corruption management system
- Rules for clerical work and document preparation knowledge
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Communication and organizational skills
- Structured thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills (B2 level) (reading, text comprehension)
