UAB Interlogistika is looking for an experienced Expedition Manager to work with Europe. We are looking for an independent, results-oriented specialist with work experience in the field of transport and logistics and the ability to organize international cargo transportation and work with clients and carriers in the European market.
Nature of work
- Search and attraction of new subcontractors
- Creation and development of long-term relationships with carriers
- Development and maintenance of carrier database
- Negotiation of cooperation terms
- Development of carrier network in LT–EU–LT and Western European markets.
- Analysis of the transport market and search for new business opportunities
Employee requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the field of transport and logistics
- Experience in organizing international cargo transportation in Europe
- Experience working with customers and carriers
- Good sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage)
- Ability to make decisions independently and plan your work
- Orientation to results and the search for profitable deals
- Work experience in an expedition is a must
