Nature of work
- Fast and precise preparation of various single-bite snacks and their aesthetic presentation;
- Efficient performance of preparatory kitchen work (production of large-scale preparations);
- Strict adherence to food preparation technologies, quality and company standards in the food preparation process;
- Maintaining comprehensive cleanliness: constant maintenance of the workplace, washing and cleaning of kitchen premises, equipment, inventory and dishes after production.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 2-3 years of real experience in a professional kitchen (working in the catering field or with banquet menus would be a great advantage);
- Excellent manual skills, speed and the ability to maintain consistently high quality even with a large flow of orders;
- Independence and responsibility - we are looking for someone who does not need to be reminded of the order or explained basic kitchen processes;
- Professional approach to cleanliness: understanding that an experienced chef leaves his workplace (including dishes and equipment) impeccably clean after himself;
- Valid personal medical book and hygiene certificate.
