Leader of the experimental English language group

We are an innovative English language academy, "Wisdom Crystal", which organizes an experiential English language club for children aged 6-10 in Vilnius schools and kindergartens.

We do not believe in "hard-driving", so there are no textbooks in our classes.
In our club, children learn to speak English through experiments, creative and culinary activities, videos and engaging stories.

We are currently looking for club leaders in Vilnius on weekdays from 2 or 3 pm (workload 1-2 hours per day, weekdays are a matter of agreement).

▪️You will conduct experiential English language classes for children aged 6-10 in Vilnius schools and kindergartens;
▪️You will work on agreed weekdays for 1-2 hours a day, from 2 or 3 pm. according to a schedule convenient for you;
▪️You will teach children to speak English through experiments, creative and culinary activities, videos and engaging stories (no textbooks or dictation);
▪️You will work according to a fully prepared program;
▪️You will communicate with children and the team - you will share progress and ideas.
▪️You will provide feedback about the children attending the group.

▪️You are able to build rapport with children;
▪️You are able to manage a group of children;
▪️Clear communication, initiative and responsibility;
▪️Your attitude, desire to learn and improve are important to us.

▪️Flexible schedule (1-2 hours per day), compatible with lectures,
▪️Salary from 200 to 600 EUR before taxes (depending on the number of classes),

200-600 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the agreed workload and the number of sessions conducted per month. In addition, allowances and bonuses apply.
