"ISS Lietuva" team invites you to join the catering team as a substitute COOK!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Replace cooks and/or kitchen manager in cases of their absence;
Independently prepare dishes according to the approved menu, in accordance with technological requirements;
Ensure high-quality and timely preparation of dishes according to the established technological requirements;
Timely and correctly fill in the necessary documentation (raw material accounting, invoices, HACCP logs, etc.);
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, employee safety and fire safety requirements;
Maintain order, cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace;
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Vilnius departments (five possible locations)

WORKING HOURS:
- Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

- you have 3 years of work experience in daytime lunch cafes, restaurants, pizzerias;
- you have knowledge of English;
- you have a driver's license;
- you are an independent, sociable, able to work in a team, oriented to high service quality personality.
