We believe that business can create real change, so we are looking for a Sanitation Services Manager who will join us in developing sustainable solutions and creating new opportunities for the future.
Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Organizing the work of the subordinate team, ensuring the quality of work, culture and motivation;
- Ensuring compliance with customer service standards and procedures and preparing related documentation;
- Ensuring a smooth, timely and high-quality customer service process;
- Administration of projects related to technical work in hazardous environments and sales;
- Maintaining good relations with important customers, creating long-term cooperation opportunities;
- Initiating new projects and coordinating their implementation;
- Data analysis, working with Excel, preparing reports and monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPI);
- Planning, controlling and ensuring efficiency of costs and expenses;
- Identifying customer needs and consulting on technical and engineering issues.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Higher technical - engineering education (advantage);
- Good knowledge of English or Russian (not lower than B2 level);
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with customers;
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical documentation;
- Analytical thinking - ability to assess customer needs, select the most appropriate solutions and respond quickly to situations;
- Experience working with Excel, ability to analyze data and prepare insights;
- Ability to assess and analyze market-related costs and make data-based decisions;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, perseverance and result orientation.
