Employee requirements
- Experience in customer service, reservations or tourism.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems.
Nature of work
- Advise travel agencies and clients on sightseeing travel issues.
- Administer reservations, customer data, and travel-related documentation.
- Prepare and update price lists, contracts, and special offers.
- Collaborate with product managers on pricing, location, and program updates.
- Monitor sales and ensure a smooth booking process.
