Nature of work:
- to examine complaints regarding violations committed by building energy performance certification experts, to conduct complaint investigations;
- to conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of building energy performance certification experts;
- to prepare draft decisions of the Director of the Institution on the application of sanctions to building energy performance certification experts;
- to organize meetings of the Certification Expert Commission, prepare conclusions and other documents of the commission's activities;
- to prepare internal legal acts related to the activities of the Supervision Department and the Institution;
- to examine draft legal acts, and within its competence, submit proposals for their improvement to legislators;
- to provide information and data to interested institutions about the supervisory functions performed by the Institution and the supervisory measures applied;
- to organize the publication of information on the Institution's website about the assignment of sanctions to certification experts.
Employee requirements:
- have at least a university degree in civil engineering or equivalent;
- have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of public administration;
- be familiar with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Government resolutions and other legal acts regulating the activities of the construction sector and the organization of service provision;
- be familiar with the rules for preparing documents and the procedure for preparing legal acts;
- be able to assess and respond to ongoing changes in the construction sector.
