What You Will Do
- Actively search for and attract candidates across a wide range of positions, with a primary focus on administrative and managerial roles.
- Coordinate and continuously improve People & Culture processes, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, learning, retention and more.
- Organize and deliver internal and external training sessions.
- Contribute to ISS international initiatives and projects, ensuring their smooth and timely implementation.
What Are We Looking For
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including hiring for diverse roles with a strong emphasis on administrative and managerial positions.
- Motivation to proactively communicate and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- A responsible attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to learn and grow.
