About the role

As a P&C Business Partner at DOVISTA Lithuania, you will act as a trusted advisor and sparing partner for our leaders. In this role you will operate as a high-impact expert, shaping people decisions, supporting organizational development, and driving initiatives that strengthen our culture and business performance. You will also play an important role in internal engagement, contributing to company communication and creating memorable employee experiences through events and celebrations.

Responsibilities

Be a strategic partner to leaders
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and act as a key People & Culture advisor to our leaders.
  • Act as a sparring partner, guiding leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent decisions, and team performance.
  • Use people data, diagnostics and insights to shape recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Strengthen the organization
  • Coach and challenge leaders on leadership, organizational development and change management.
  • Identify organizational challenges, diagnose root causes and provide practical, business-aligned solutions.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design and talent development efforts.

Lead key people processes
  • Ensure high-quality execution of annual people cycles (Employee Dialogue, Merit, Engagement Survey, etc.).
  • Ensure People & Culture policies, frameworks and practices are implemented effectively and consistently.

Contribute to DOVISTA-wide activities
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional DOVISTA projects, including new P&C system implementation and process improvements.
  • Act as local/regional interface in Center of Excellence
  • Be an active member of the global P&C Business Partner community

Enhance employee communication and engagement
  • Take responsibility for managing content and communication on the local Facebook channel, ensuring consistent, engaging and on-brand messaging.
  • Plan and coordinate key company events - like Christmas celebration, summer event - and other engagement focused internal activities that foster connection and culture across the organization.

Required experience and expertise

  • 5 years of experience in a broad HR role is a must, ideally as an HR Business Partner within a global or complex organisational environment.
  • Working experience in manufacturing organization is an advantage
  • Proven experience in advising leaders and supporting organisational development, leadership, or change initiatives.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, work independently and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills - you can challenge, advise and collaborate effectively.
  • Advanced understanding of HR metrics and the ability to translate insights into clear actions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of English – both written and spoken.
