About the position
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and be responsible for the implementation of digital advertising projects and results management in several international markets.

What will you be responsible for
- Plan and implement a digital advertising strategy in multiple markets;
- Create, plan, order and coordinate advertising campaigns in various channels;
- Manage the campaign implementation process together with advertising agencies and partners;
- Analyze campaign results in different channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Display, Programmatic, etc.);
- Prepare performance reports, analyze KPIs and provide optimization recommendations;
- Curate several international markets and coordinate marketing activities in them;
- Collaborate with the creative team in preparing advertising materials and ensuring their effectiveness;
- Work with advertising agencies, media partners and other external suppliers;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and search for new advertising opportunities;
- Initiate tests and optimizations to improve campaign results;
- Contribute to the search for new advertising channels, partners and technological solutions.
What are we hoping for
- At least 2 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns;
- Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Display, Programmatic and other digital advertising channels;
- Ability to analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions;
- Experience working with advertising agencies and external partners;
- Strategic thinking and ability to plan advertising actions for a longer period of time;
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with Excel and preparing reports;
- English language skills that allow you to communicate freely with international partners;
- Independence, initiative and result orientation.
Advantages:
