Job description
Valesų gerovė is a growing wellness and food brand. We are looking for a versatile, proactive colleague in Vilnius to manage our local operations and digital presence. This role is a unique blend of e-commerce management and "boots on the ground" logistics.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Shopify Management: Handling order processing, updating product descriptions, and monitoring inventory levels within the Shopify platform.
Customer Support: Providing high-quality support to our clients via email and chat in both English and Lithuanian.
Marketing Support: Assisting with local marketing initiatives, social media coordination, and brand awareness for our wellness products.
Local Sourcing: Physically visiting local retailers and wholesalers in Vilnius to procure specific items (snacks, functional foods, supplements).
Fulfillment & Shipping: Professional packing and international shipping of curated boxes and samples via local couriers (Omniva, Venipak, DHL).

Requirements
Location: Current resident of Vilnius with the ability to perform physical errands.
Technical Skills: Proven experience navigating and managing Shopify stores.
Communication: Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) to handle customer inquiries and local vendor relations.
Marketing Savvy: Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
Logistics: Experience with international shipping protocols and packing fragile/food items.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license (Category B) for local sourcing trips.
Technical Skills: Proven experience navigating and managing Shopify stores.
Communication: Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) to handle customer inquiries and local vendor relations.
