Nature of work
- Administration of driver working time data.
- Communication with drivers and reminders for sending driver cards.
- Receiving, scanning and sending back driver cards.
- Picking up parcels at the post office or bus station.
- Collection and administration of documents.
- Ordering and administration of health insurance cards.
- Accounting for equipment issued to employees.
- Assistance to drivers with daily issues.
- Other administrative tasks and assistance to colleagues.
Employee requirements
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian.
- Ability to communicate by phone and maintain contact with employees.
- Responsibility, diligence and organization.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines.
- Experience in personnel administration, customer service or logistics is an advantage.
