Nature of work:
- Ensuring smooth office work and organizing daily activities, assisting employees of various departments in daily tasks;
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation, archiving documents;
- Ordering stationery and office equipment;
- Administration of company documentation, including orders, procedures, authorizations and other documents;
- Administration of car rental and loan agreements;
- Organizing employee business trips: ordering tickets, hotels, transport;
- Welcoming and escorting guests, providing necessary information;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
We hope you have:
- Strong results orientation and ability to work with large amounts of information;
- Personal qualities that are important to us – responsibility, creativity, initiative, quick orientation;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package);
