What are you going to do?
✨ You will organize employee selections and help find new team members;
✨ You will manage personnel documentation:
✨ You will consult colleagues on personnel issues;
✨ You will help solve everyday situations and problems that arise;
✨ You will contribute to creating a friendly atmosphere in the company;
✨ I will cooperate with company managers and other departments.
✨ You will manage personnel documentation:
- employee recruitment and dismissal,
- vacation,
- employment contracts and other personnel documents;
✨ You will consult colleagues on personnel issues;
✨ You will help solve everyday situations and problems that arise;
✨ You will contribute to creating a friendly atmosphere in the company;
✨ I will cooperate with company managers and other departments.
We hope you:
✔ You are familiar with the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and personnel administration processes;
✔ You are responsible, organized and communicative;
✔ You are able to independently plan work and solve problems;
✔ You know how to communicate with different people;
✔ You have computer skills;
✔ Experience in the field of personnel is an advantage.
