Nature of work
- Coordinate the legalization processes of foreign workers (obtaining visas, temporary residence permits, registration with migration institutions, extension of documents).
- Cooperate with state institutions on issues of employment of foreign citizens (Migration Department, Employment Service, "Sodra", etc.).
- Prepare, administer and control personnel documentation: employment contracts, agreements on amendments to employment contracts, employee safety and health documents, medical books, leave and dismissal applications.
- Carry out the processes of hiring, transferring, re-hiring and dismissing employees, ensuring the preparation and administration of the necessary documents in state systems.
- Work with personnel management and accounting systems ("Bitrix24"), administer the employee database and personnel accounting.
- Prepare information reports and cooperate with accounting in the areas of hiring, dismissal, leave and other personnel issues.
- Administer incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Cooperate with all departments of the company, providing information and consultations on personnel administration, employee recruitment and migration issues.
Employee requirements
- Administrative work experience – at least 6 months.
- Fluent in Lithuanian, Russian and English.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, work with electronic systems and databases).
- Key personal qualities: attention to detail, stress resistance, ability to work in a multifunctional environment, deadline skills, communication skills, responsibility, high level of organization and independence.
