Job description:
We are looking for a specialist who will not only ensure smooth personnel documentation, but also actively participate in other HR processes. Join our team if personnel administration is not just about rules and spreadsheets for you, but also about people, processes and growth!
Responsibilities:
Administration of employee recruitment, dismissal and other personnel documents;
Preparation of employment contracts, their amendments, agreements and orders;
Work with A1 certificate orders and administration for posted employees;
Registration of employee leave, absences and other requests;
Administration of personnel data and archiving of documents;
Work with the accounting and business management system Rivilė;
Prepare and provide necessary information to Sodra, the Employment Service and other institutions;
Preparation of employment contracts, their amendments, agreements and orders;

What we expect from you:
You have experience in personnel administration;
You are well-versed in Lithuanian labor law;
You have experience working with Rivile (an advantage);
You are diligent, responsible and able to plan your work;
You know how to work with MS Office programs;
You have good knowledge of Russian or English.
You are organized, responsible and able to independently plan your work and priorities;
You are able to quickly react to everyday situations and find practical solutions;
You are well-versed in Lithuanian labor law;
