🖊 Administration and maintenance of personnel documentation;
🖊 Preparation of documents for hiring, dismissing and changing working conditions of employees;
🖊 Processing of employment contracts, orders and other personnel documents;
🖊 Administration of working time accounting data;
🖊 Maintenance and updating of the personnel database;
🖊 Cooperation with managers on personnel issues;
🖊 Assistance in organizing employee selections, induction processes and internal communication;
🖊 Preparation of personnel reports and other administrative documents;
🖊 Contribution to the organization and coordination of internal company events;
🖊 Presentation and implementation of new initiatives for employee engagement, motivation and well-being.

🫰 You have a university or higher education;
🫰 You have work experience in the field of personnel administration (an advantage);
🫰 You are well-versed in the basics of Lithuanian labor law (an advantage);
🫰 You are able to work with MS Office programs;
🫰 You are responsible, meticulous, organized and communicative;
🫰 You enjoy communicating with people and contributing to the creation of a positive organizational culture;
🫰 You have initiative and creativity in organizing internal activities and events.
