You will be responsible for:
- Employee recruitment, dismissal, change of employment contracts, reconciliation of work schedules and ensuring other personnel administration functions;
- Submission of documents to the Social Insurance Institution;
- Preparation and improvement of internal documents related to personnel administration;
- Organization of medical health checks;
- Consultation of employees on labor law issues.
Employee requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least one year of work experience in the field of personnel administration;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and legal acts related to labor relations;
- Attentiveness, diligence, responsible attitude to work;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage large information flows;
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's activities;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages (advantage);
- Experience working with personnel accounting software (advantage - Vikarina);
