In this position, you will combine personnel administration, office coordination and internal communication, so every day will be different, and the result you create is important for the entire team.
This position is for someone who likes order, sees the whole and ensures that the daily life of the office and employees runs smoothly. Your work will be visible: from accurate personnel documents and internal communication to the smooth work of two offices and the daily experience of the team.

What will you do?
- You will ensure and improve the document management process in the document management system (DMS).
- You will consult colleagues on DMS issues.
- You will prepare employment, change and termination of employment relationships and other personnel documents, check and enter data into systems.
- You will coordinate organizational issues and prepare clear, timely internal communication to employees.
- You will take care of the smooth operation of the two offices: necessary resources, suppliers, work environment, receiving guests and organizing business trips for colleagues (through external partners).
- You will purchase and administer gifts for employees (birthday, anniversary, newcomer welcome, etc. gifts).
- Together with the HR team, you will organize internal events and initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.
We hope you:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in office administration, personnel administration or a similar dynamic environment.
- You are able to independently plan work, see priorities, meet deadlines and work carefully with documents.
- You write clearly and correctly, you like to communicate and are able to adapt information to different audiences.
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, you know English at a level not lower than B1 and you are confident in using Microsoft 365 programs.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- Basics of labor law or work with BSS IT or other DVS would be a great advantage.
- Work experience in a manufacturing or engineering company would be an advantage.
