Nature of work

Job Description
  • Management of personnel administration processes: preparation, administration and maintenance of employment contracts, their amendments, employment and dismissal documents, internal procedures, rules and other personnel documents, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the Labor Code.
  • Work with document and contract management systems, control of deadlines, signatures, validity and order of personnel documents.
  • Work with the accounting and personnel accounting program PRAGMA 3.2: administration of employee data, entry and updating of information, preparation of data for payroll accounting.
  • Coordination of occupational safety and health processes in cooperation with external partners and responsible persons.
  • Ensuring the implementation of preventive measures for employee safety and health and fire safety, control of mandatory training and certifications.
  • Preparation of information for payroll accounting, preparation of preliminary work schedules, preparation and control of working time accounting sheets (tables). Knowledge of total working time accounting is required.
  • Cooperation with managers and other departments of the company in resolving employee issues, strengthening internal communication and creating clear personnel processes.
  • Implementation of personnel process optimization and digitalization initiatives. Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) tools is an advantage.

  • You have knowledge of labor law and the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • You have experience in personnel administration.
  • You have certificates of a safety and health, fire safety specialist.
  • You are able to work with the accounting and personnel accounting program PRAGMA 3.2 (advantage).
  • You are good at MS Excel, Word and personnel management systems.
  • You are responsible, meticulous, organized and able to independently plan your work.
  • You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, and knowledge of English and Russian would be an advantage.
